Measures are needed everywhere to slow the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Psycon has had measures in place since the beginning of the epidemic, and these measures have been modified based on guidelines provided by the authorities and customers.

Because the epidemic has gained pace over the past few days, we will implement new practices to prevent exposure from March 16, 2020. Our services will remain unchanged, but we will adjust their implementation methods.

As a rule, psychological personnel assessments will be implemented in such a way that the customer will not need to visit our facilities. We will be applying a location-independent assessment concept based on videoconferencing. This concept has previously been used in international assignments in particular. The same individual and group simulations and other psychological assessment methods will be used as in assessments conducted at offices, but the number of sections to be completed at home in advance will increase. Our experts will help customers with scheduling and implementing the assessments in accordance with each customer’s situation.

Meetings with customers, recruitment interviews, coaching sessions and other one-to-one meetings will be organized by means of videoconferencing. For previously booked group sessions, a new implementation method or time will be negotiated, depending on the nature of the event.

More information is available from your contact person. We are keeping up to date with the guidelines provided by the authorities and will make changes as the situation develops.
