You can order Psycon’s personnel assessments and potential surveys through our website. The subscription option is designated for contract clients, i.e., customer organizations that already have a valid agreement with Psycon. If you are not a contract client, please send a request for proposal on the I’m a new client tab.

The order form allows you to order one assignment at a time and attach several applicants for assessment. Before filling out the form, make sure that all information is correct and that you have permission to forward the contact information of the persons being assessed.


What happens after the order has been submitted?
  • Processing of the order will begin as soon as possible within the same or the next business day.
  • The persons to be assessed will be informed of the start of the assessment process.
  • Psycon’s consultant contacts the client to agree on more detailed goals, criteria, and schedules.
  • The persons to be assessed will receive an invitation and information about the tasks to be performed.
  • After the assessments have been completed, the consultant organizes a feedback meeting, and the reports are sent to the agreed persons.
