In recent years, Psycon has actively developed its assessment services, bringing clients not only new solutions but also smoother service experiences. Remote personal assessments were fully implemented during the pandemic in 2020, and online ordering for assessments was introduced in 2023.
The next step in this development is the launch of a renewed task portal and updated personal assessment reports. These updates will be rolled out gradually during the spring and summer, and no action is required from clients.
Improved User Experience with the New Task Portal
All tools and methods used in Psycon’s services will be transferred to the new task portal, which offers users a clear and user-friendly interface with a modern and stylish design. Clients will also benefit from secure two-factor authentication when logging in.
The development also extends to assessment methods: new tools, updated versions, and additional language options are on the way, enabling us to better meet evolving assessment needs.
Clearer and More Insightful Personal Assessment Reports
The updated personal assessment reports will also be introduced gradually over the summer. The new reports provide clearer evaluations of a candidate’s suitability, and the new structure helps readers quickly identify key results. The more readable format also offers participants better insights to support their professional self-awareness. In line with client feedback, the visual design of the reports has been refreshed with a clean and modern look.
