Register information content

The register controller collects personal data to TalentAdore recruitment system when recruiting. Recruitment system is provided by Talentadore Oy (service provider).

Following personal information is stored to carry out recruitment processes:

  • Basic contact information such as name, email address and phone number
  • Resume, application letter and other attachments such as portfolio
  • Link to LinkedIn profile
  • Picture of the candidate
  • Education and career history
  • Reference information
  • Answers to video-interview questions
  • Other relevant information for recruitment

The purpose of personal data processing

The register controller gathers and processes personal data in order to carry out recruitments and to promote the person’s employment. Personal data is processed based on the person’s consent.

Data handlers

Personal data is processed by persons participating in the recruitment at the data controller (Psycon), as well as possible third parties participating in the recruitment selected by the data controller (Client). 

In addition, personal data is processed by the data controller’s service provider (TalentAdore) to provide the technical platform for recruitment projects. Other possible personal data processors can be additional recruitment support systems. 

Information sources

The source of information is the applicant by providing personal information when applying for a job or joining our talent community, and when providing additional information when requested.  

Storing of information

Personal data is stored for 24 months from the moment the application is saved. In certain cases, personal data can be stored longer. In these cases, a separate consent for longer-term storage is requested from the person. 

In the Talent Community, personal data is kept for 24 months after joining or adding information to the Talent Community. At the end of this storage period, the person is actively asked about their willingness to continue as a member of the community. With active approval, a person can continue as a member of the community for a longer period, otherwise the personal data will be deleted automatically after the retention period. 

The rights of the registrant

Pursuant to the data protection regulation, the applicant has the right to

  • withdraw their application
  • access their own personal data
  • have errors corrected
  • prohibit direct marketing
  • object data processing
  • restrict processing
  • have the data transferred
  • have the data deleted

Data protection

Personal data has been protected from unauthorized, illegal, and accidental access with the appropriate technical and organizational measures. 

The registrant has the right to access their own data and inspect, correct and update their personal data. The registrant also has the right to ask their information to be erased, so that it will not be processed for the purposes described in this register description. 

The registrant has the right to move their personal data to another register, i.e. to receive their own personal data in an applicable format and transmit them to another controller. 

Above-mentioned requests must be made in writing and sent by email to dataprivacy@psycon.com.

If the registrant thinks that their rights have been violated, they shall have the right to complain to the international data protection authority or any other data protection authority in the European Union or European Economic Area. 

Transmission of personal data outside of EU or EEA

Personal data shall not be transferred outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Automatic decision making

No automatic decision-making is made based on the personal data in the register.
