Psycon 360 questionnaire system

Purpose of and grounds for processing personal data

The register will be used to collect feedback given by Psycon’s clients participating in personnel assessments and recruiting processes, leadership development and coaching. The processing of personal data is based on the agreements between Psycon Oy and its clients in order to implement the personnel assessments and recruiting processes, leadership development and coaching.

Data content of the register

The personal data collected may be:

  • contact information such as the data subject’s name and email address
  • job-related information such as a work role, company name and business area / unit / department / team background
  • the data subject’s language

In addition, the numerical estimates provided by each respondent in answering the questionnaire are recorded, as well as written feedback. The system also stores the IP address of each respondent, and the browser used.

Regular sources of information

In general, the source of background information is the client company’s contact person. Moreover, Psycon’s employees participating in the personnel assessment and recruiting processes and leadership development and coaching may provide added information.

Regular information handover

No register information is disclosed to outside parties, i.e. to parties not involved in the production, development, or maintenance of Psycon’s personnel assessment and recruiting processes and leadership development and coaching. However, we may disclose information to the contact person of a client company who has requested the 360 questionnaire system.

Data transfer outside EU or EEA

Register data is not transferred outside the EU or EEA.

Register protection principles

The rights to use the register are exclusively restricted to persons participating in Psycon Oy’s assignments and to those who maintain the register. Access to the information contained in the register is protected by personal user IDs and passwords.

Rights of data subjects

The data subject has the right to ask the controller for access to personal data concerning the subject him- or herself, and to request correction, deletion or restriction of processing of such data. Requests for inspection must be made in writing and sent by email to psyconline@psycon.com. The data subject also has the right to object to processing of his or her own data, and to transfer such data from one system to another. The data subject is also entitled to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
